1) Chaalis Chauraasi : the first Bollywood crime movie for the year 2012 is Chaalis Chauraasi. The film is directed by Hriday Shetty. The film casts Naseeruddin Shah as Pankaj Suri, Atul Kulkarni as Bhaskar Sardesai, Kay Kay Menon as Albert Pinto, Ravi Kissen as Shakti Chinappa, Shweta Bhardwaj, Zakir Hussain, Rajesh Sharma, Manoj Pahwa and Reetu Jain. The major portion of the shooting is done in Mumbai. It was released in the multiplex on January 13; 2012.The film got an average response in the box office. It’s a story of four friends Pankaj, Pankaj, Shakti and Pinto. The plan was to rob a lonely house with a fake currency machine and all of them proceed without any concrete plan, but with individual plan to fulfill personal dream. It is a good film to watch with several comic scenes to enjoy.

2) Gali Gali Chor Hai : Gali Gali Chor Hai is a pure comedy movie directed by Rumi Jaffrey. The film casts Akshaye Khanna as Mr.Bharat, Shriya Saran, Mugdha Godse, Annu Kapoor, Satish Kaushik, Akhilendra Mishra, Vijay Raaz, Ashok Samarth and Rajpal Yadav in the lead role. Mr. Bharat a Aam Aadmi of the nation is a part time Hanuman in local Ramleela and a cashier of full time in Bank. He stays at Bhopal with wife Nisha, who is more concerned about husband’s promotion than the acting quality as Hanuman. Bharat main aim was to get promoted from the role of Hanuman to Lord Rama in the Ramleela function. For this he has to face problem with Sattu Tripathi, playing Lord Ram and a bad actor too. Sattu is scared of getting upstaged by Hanuman. He too had a problem with the local MLA. The movie released on 3rd February, 2012 and got a decent opening in the Box Office.

3) London Paris New York : London Paris New York is a romantic comedy movie directed by Anu Menon and produced by Goldie Behl and Shrishti Arya. The film released on March 2, 2012. It casts Ali Zafar as Nikhil and Aditi Rao Hydari as Lalitha. The Movie reflects the dramatic life of the twenties, when we try to find a career, a loving partner and an establishment with own identity. Lalitha a middle class girl with eyes full of dream fly to New York to complete are studies in politics with full scholarship meet a rich Punjabi kid of a rich businessman from India , studying Film making on 100% funding from father. While hanging out together they realized that they are made for each other in spite of being from two different segments of life. Here starts the love story depicting 8 years journey with changes in the min set of the two. It got a good opening in the Box office.

4) Bol Bachchan : The king of comedy of bollywood films, director Rohit Shetty directed the movie Bol Bachchan. The movie will hit the cinema on 6th of July, 2012. This is an upcoming comedy movie with super star cast of Ajay Devgan, Abhishek Bachchan, Asin Thottumkal, and Prachi Desai. Actor Ajay Devgan is the producer of the film. Prithviraj Raghuvanshi played by Ajay Devgan is a person who hates liar and makes sure that there is no future ahead for the person. Abbas Ali a young boy came down to Ranakpur to earn living and to take care of his sister. He got the opportunity to work for Prithviraj Raghuvanshi and due to some unwanted situation he presented him as a separate entity with new name and continue lying to boss. The comedy starts when the fear of getting caught turns Abbas into Bol Bacchan.

5) Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum : The super cool comedy movie ‘ Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum” is directed by Sachin Yardi and expected to release on 3rd August, 2012. The movie is a sequel of the 2005 movie Kyaa Kool Hai Hum. The star cast will be Tusshar Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh to continue the sequel along with Bipasha Basu and Angela Jonsson. It is expected that Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum is going to do dhamal in the box office.

6) Khiladi 786 : Khiladi 786 is an upcoming action comedy film directed by Ashish R Mohan. Featuring Akshay Kumar in the title role, Asin, Mithun Chakraborty, Paresh Rawal and Himesh Reshammiya will also appear in pivotal roles. It will be produced by Fox Searchlight Pictures and Hari Om Entertainment. The film marks the return of Akshay Kumar to his famous Khiladi film series after 12 years since he acted in Khiladi 420. The music rights are sold to HR Musik, and is scheduled to release on 7th December 2012.
